Nogent Natation 94 and Coeur de Beurre

Between 18-July-2022 and 22-July-2022 three swimmers of the near eastern Parisian club Nogent Natation 94 will leave Corsica together to swim to Sardinia to support the Petit Cœur de Beurre, an nonprofit organization that supports people suffer congenital heart diseases.

Clémence (18), Cyrille (50) and Roger (64), three swimmers from three generations with different experience level have decided to swim together to achieve the same goal: to be sport ambassadors to help Petit Cœur de Beurre .

The three swimmers will have the opportunity to challenge the Strait of Bonifacio. This is a project born months before, wich is never easy even in theory and even less in practice, where to cover the distance between the two islands they will have to face winds and currents. The three swimmers from Nogent Natation 94 thank those who have helped to develop the project.

Why support Petit Coeur de Beurre

Nogent Natation 94 and Petit Coeur de BeurreThe Petit Coeur de Beurre association supports children born with a heart defect. It accompanies patients and parents who are going through or who have experienced difficult times, but also of happy moments thanks to the health workers who today save thousands of children.

Roger met the Petit Coeur de Beurre in person and found support during the difficult experience of his granddaughter born with congenital heart disease, that affects 1 in 100 children. Today she is a child full of life and very fit despite her heavy surgical history.

If you wish to support Petit Cœur de Beurre (support for hospitalized children, support for their parents, support for hospital facilities, education etc.), please donate here
