I live in Perth and I can say I am a sportsman: triathlete, ultramarathon runner (90 km), cyclist and swimming enthusiast. I learned to swim at 52 years old and I managed in some enterprises such as:
– the 4×20 km Solo Rottnest Channel crossings in Australia as well as an 18 km swim,
– the first to take a 12km ocean swim on the South African Dolphin Coast;
– with my mates the first to do an 8 km swim from the island of Coin de Mire to the Mainland in Mauritius;
– the first to do an 8 km swim in Lake Jozini, South Africa which is full of hippos and crocodiles.

I like doing sports mixing fitness, fun and friendship. My motto is Impossible, Improbable, Inevitable!
Swimming keeps me fit, it helps me to control my weight and blood pressure. 🙂
