My main sport is cross-country skiing and I am part of the German team “xc-ski.de Ausdauernetzwerk Skimarathon Team”, with which I participate every winter in the Ski Classics championship over long distances.

I swim because I like to vary my training during the summer by practicing triathlon. I don’t have great experiences on long distances and open water races, but a good preparation can allow me to succeed in my personal enterprise.

Seeing the activities of the NAL in Sardinia I set myself to try this adventure in a territory where I lived for years. So I started to dedicate more time to this project and work on my swim technique, also thanks to Alessandro Pilati from NAL. 🙂

For the crossing of the Bocche di Bonifacio I don’t have many pretensions, I simply want to enjoy it and I would be very happy to finish it around five hours.
