I am an athlete of the Flaminio Sporting Cub (Rome). When I was young I practiced swim with competitive spirit for years, then after years of inactivity my passion returned 5 years ago.

I prefer long races in swimming pool and medium distances in open water, between 3 and 10 kilometers.
Since I started training again, swimming has gradually gained a central role in my typical day, because in addition to physical well-being, it makes me feel good in the mood.

Among the events that I remember with pleasure I mention the Bosphorus Crossing (second place for three consecutive years) the Gozo-Malta Crossing (second place) and the Italian 10k Championships.
